Our Story
From the mountain villages of Lebanon, we bring you this traditional falafel recipe - passed down from our Grandmothers to our kitchen... and now we bring it to yours!

With so much love for South Australia, we wanted to share our Lebanese food and culture using the finest ingredients that beautiful part of the world has to offer. After twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry, we decided to follow our dream in opening a manufacturing company making our favorite food - Falafel, and sharing it with everyone.

Our Products
We source our chickpeas directly from local farmers within South Australia.
The chickpeas are 100% natural and full of fibre, low in fat, low GI and an excellent source of antioxidants and phytonutrients.
Our Falafels are available in two flavours, Traditional and Beetroot.
Raw Falafel
FROZEN RAW
Our Frozen Raw falafels are ready to be enjoyed at home with little effort. You could bake them in the oven, place them in an air fryer or deep-fry them as traditionally consumed. Once cooked, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 15 days.
Cooked Falafel
FROZEN COOKED
If you're short on time, we've got you covered. With our frozen Cooked Falafel, you'll just need to heat them up in the oven, air fryer or shallow fry to crisp up and be ready to eat. Once reheated, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 15 days
Cooked Beetroot
FROZEN COOKED
Taste the subtle earthy flavour of our beetroot falafels - a modern twist to the classic. You'll just need to heat them up in the oven, air fryer or shallow fry to crisp up and be ready to eat. Once reheated, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 15 days
