πŸ₯— WHAT YOU'LL NEED

For the Salad

  • GoFalafull Traditional or Beetroot Falafel

  • 1 Lebanese cucumber

  • 1 Roma tomato

  • ½  fresh lemon

  • Alfalfa sprouts, for garnish

  • Your choice of tzatziki, tahini or favourite sauce

  • Optional: Balsamic glaze

  • 1 serving plate

  • 1 tablespoon

πŸ‘¨‍🍳 LET'S MAKE IT

1. Create Your Sauce Base

Choose your favorite sauce - tzatziki, traditional tahini or another sauce of your choice.

Squeeze the sauce onto the serving plate and create a beautiful line from the top of the plate to the bottom with the spoon.

This will become the bed for your falafel.

2. Warm the Falafel

take your GoFalafull Traditional or Beetroot Falafel and air fry at 170°C for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.

🌑️ GoFalafull Tip

This is a summer salad, so we're not looking for steaming-hot falafel.

The perfect result is warm to hot, allowing the falafel to retain its delicious texture while complementing the cool, fresh salad ingredients.

3. Prepare the Fresh Salad

Wash the Lebanese cucumber and Roma tomato and lemon.

Cut the cucumber and the tomato into small, bite-sized cubes.

Set aside while you prepare the falafel. Now cut the lemon into three thick wedges. Set this aside with the other fruits.

4. Build Your Plate

Once warmed, carefully place the falafel along the bed of sauce you created.

Add the diced Lebanese cucumber and Roma tomato around the falafel.

Don't worry about making it perfect — let the colors and textures naturally come together. Take the first 2 lemon wedges and squeeze a generous amount of fresh lemon juice over the falafel and the remainder over the salad. add the additional wedge to the plate so it can be squeezed according to taste.

5. Finish & Garnish

Finish the plate with a generous sprinkle of fresh alfalfa sprouts over the falafel.

For an optional sweet and tangy finish, add a light drizzle of balsamic glaze.

🌿 SERVE & ENJOY

Serve immediately while the falafel are beautifully warm and the salad remains fresh and crisp.

Enjoy the contrast of:

Warm falafel • Cool cucumber • Juicy tomato • Fresh lemon • vibrant sauce • Delicate sprouts
